Submissions Must Meet the Rules To Be Eligible.

The “Real World: Cobia™” Contest is FREE to enter. Multiple submissions from the same person are welcome in one or more categories.

Entrants are to tell their “Cobia story” creatively. This may include, but is not limited to, media submissions such as videos, photos or podcasts, and written submissions such as stories or personal testimonies.

Entries must contain submitter’s physical address and a valid email address.

Entrants must complete the online submission form.

All submissions become the property of StillSecure.

All eligible submissions may be showcased on the Cobia website located at http://www.cobia.stillsecure.com, the Cobia blog located at http://www.cobiablog.com or in other StillSecure marketing materials. You waive any privacy expectation right you may have with respect to any content submitted by you. You acknowledge that StillSecure has no obligation to post or display the content submitted by you.

Eligibility. The contest is open both in the US and internationally to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or in jurisdictions for which registration or filing requirements have not been complied. Employees, staff persons and directors, as well as their extended family members and those living in their same households of StillSecure are not eligible to enter. By entering the contest, you acknowledge and represent that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Rules.

How to Enter. Multiple entries per person are welcome. To enter, each contestant must: Step 1. Read and understand all the Rules on this page. Step 2. Submit the online form and attach their submission. Submissions will be reviewed for conformity with these Rules before being accepted as entries in the contest.

Submission Requirements. Entrants must own all rights to the content submitted and must be authorized to submit that content. All submission content must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. By submitting to and entering this contest, each entrant represents and warrants that such entry complies with these Rules, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold StillSecure harmless from any costs or damages incurred by StillSecure that result from any non-compliance.

Submissions must not make unauthorized use of copyrighted property of a third party.

Submissions must not contain any material which StillSecure, in its sole discretion deems patently offensive or having explicit and/or gratuitous violence, nudity or sexual or otherwise inappropriate content.

Media (i.e. videos, podcasts) submissions should be of reasonable quality and will be free of all viruses, worms, Trojans or other computer software routine designed to damage, disable or limit access to computer systems.

Entrants must have received all necessary permissions and rights from all persons appearing in media submissions in order to comply with these Rules.

If a submission contains any materials that are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission, any release or consent needed to permit StillSecure’s use and exploitation of the submission as contemplated by these Rules. StillSecure reserves the right not to accept entries that are considered inappropriate for the contest. StillSecure reserves the right to edit submission content as it sees fit.

Right to Display Submissions. Each entrant agrees and grants StillSecure permission to make available and publicly display and perform and otherwise distribute entrant's name and the submission content in all media in perpetuity without compensation. Except where legally prohibited, submission of an entry into this contest constitutes permission for StillSecure to use the entrant's name, submission content, likeness, voice address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast, web or other new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting StillSecure, StillSecure’s products or services, the submission itself or this contest, without further compensation, in connection with this contest or the prize awarded, or otherwise.

Ownership. All content or information submitted by you becomes the property of, and be owned by, StillSecure, and StillSecure shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to you or others any content or information so submitted.

Contest Submissions Deadlines. All entries must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules no later than 12:01 a.m. EST on November 30, 2007. StillSecure is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered entries, or any entries not received by the applicable contest period mentioned above. StillSecure reserves the right (a) to change, suspend or cancel the contest or the Rules at any time, and (b) if applicable, to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation date. Any changes to the Rules will be posted on the Cobia website. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by your continuing participation in this contest. Should you not wish to continue to participate in this contest pursuant to the amendment or interpretation of these Rules, you may terminate your participation upon written notice to StillSecure.

Winner Selection and Prizes. From among eligible entries, StillSecure will select no more than three finalists in each category. Category finalists will be posted on the Cobia website and Cobia blog, and the Cobia community members may vote for the best submissions in each category. StillSecure will tally up the votes and determine the potential winners based on the greatest number of eligible votes. The entries will be ranked in order of the number of eligible votes received with the submission with the highest number as the winner. In the event of a tie, a panel of StillSecure judges will choose the winner from the submissions that received an equal number of votes. Winners will be awarded the prizes announced at the beginning of the contest; however StillSecure reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar value at any time.

Eligible submissions (that meet the requirements of these Rules) may be made available on the Cobia blog, the Cobia website and other StillSecure marketing materials. Visitors to the Cobia blog or Cobia website will have the opportunity to view the eligible submissions displayed. StillSecure will select the finalists for the contest from the eligible submissions.

Judging Criteria. Finalists for each category will be selected by an internal StillSecure judging panel. The decisions are at the complete discretion of StillSecure, and all decisions are final.

Winner Notification. The winners will be announced on the Cobia website and Cobia blog on or before November 12, 2007. Winners will also notified by e-mail within 5 business days of winning. If the selected winner does not respond within 15 business days after the date of notice from StillSecure award the prize to an alternate winner. StillSecure shall not be liable for (i) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner; or (ii) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. The winner will be given 15 business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim the prize. A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified 15 business days will be considered a forfeiture of the prize and the submission with the next highest number of eligible votes will be selected as an alternate winner. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, the submission with the next highest number of eligible votes will be selected as an alternate winner.

Miscellaneous. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of StillSecure, which are final in all matters relating to this contest. The prizes are nontransferable. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prize will be made by StillSecure. Receipt of any prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The winner of any prize will be solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes. This contest shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that Colorado courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this contest and that venue shall be only in City and County of Denver, Colorado. If one provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not have any effect on any other provision of these Rules, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.

Releases. By participating in the contest and by accepting any prize, entrants agree that StillSecure and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this contest, including entry and participation in this contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this contest, they will indemnify StillSecure from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest will be ineligible for prize.

General Conditions. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by the winner with the Rules, an alternative winner may be awarded the respective prize. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Any and all warranties of the prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and winners agree to look solely to the manufacturer’s for any such warranty. All incidental expenses will be the responsibility of the winner. In the event that these Rules are violated in any way, StillSecure may remove the offending material from the contest.
