Strata Guard® for Cobia StillSecure’s award-winning intrusion prevention system is coming to Cobia! Users will be able to operate Strata Guard as a module within Cobia or as a stand-alone device. We’ve done some amazing things including some big performance increases, easier rule management, and a new user interface. Free and commercial versions will be available.
Cobia DNS module The Cobia DNS module will be developed in two phases. Phase I will provide a basic DNS resolver for DNS requests. Phase II will add full DNS domain hosting and reverse lookup.
Cobia SDK - Software Developers Kit The Cobia SDK provides the documentation and API information to help you create your own personal, business or commercial Cobia modules using the Cobia Framework. Designed for the construction of new modules or porting existing products, the Cobia SDK helps you leverge the Cobia Framework, comprised of services which give modules access to underlying services and capabilities offered on the Cobia platform. The modules you create can also become part of the Cobia modular user interface.
Cobia Wireless (802.11 Wifi) module With the upcoming Cobia Wifi module, any computer with a wireless card can be turned into a wireless access point. In home-use or small office environment, the Cobia system can serve as the access point.
Cobia VPN module The Cobia VPN module will provide both static point-to-point VPN connections and dynamic VPN connections for mobile or WAP users.
